🟢 A: Our average delivery time is 5–10 business days. We ship directly from our supplier to your address.
This business model allows us to cut storage and handling costs, offer lower prices than traditional retailers, and provide free shipping on all orders.
🟣 Q: The estimated delivery time has passed — where is my order?
🟢 A: In 99% of cases, orders are delivered within the estimated time frame.
However, delays may occasionally occur during shipping. You can check your order status via our tracking page:
If you haven’t received anything 3 days after the expected delivery date, feel free to contact us directly.
🟣 Q: My order is missing some items. What should I do?
🟢 A: Since we work with multiple suppliers, your items may ship separately.
If something is missing, it usually arrives 2–3 days later.
We apologize for the inconvenience.
🟣 Q: What are the shipping costs?
🟢 A: We cover all shipping costs — delivery is always 100% free. No minimum spend required.
Returns & Exchanges
🟣 Q: I’m not happy with my order. Can I return it?
🟢 A: Yes, you can return any item within 14 days of receiving it — no explanation needed.
🟣 Q: How do I return an item?
🟢 A: Simply fill in the return form and send the item(s) back within 14 days in original condition and with all tags/labels attached.
Used or worn items cannot be refunded.
Please include a track & trace code with your return — as the sender, you're responsible for the return shipping.
Once we've received the item in good condition, we'll refund your purchase within 14 days.

🟣 Q: Where can I find my tracking code?
🟢 A: You can enter your email and order number on our Track & Trace page to view your shipment status.
🟣 Q: My tracking code doesn’t show any info. Why?
🟢 A: Tracking information becomes available once the package reaches the carrier’s system.
There may be a delay of 1–2 days before updates appear.
